Healers vs. Strangers:
Healers was written first, and the 3 books (Road, Home, Purpose) take place back to back with the same cast.
Strangers takes place first, but the casts and locations don’t overlap. The leads went to the same school as one of the leads in Healers, and Agna and Placida have a mutual friend who barely appears on-page.
Basically, you can read either first. The Healers’ Road in skill/release order, or The Strangers’ Sanctuary in chronological order.
How I Became a Therapist in Another World
There are two ways to read through this series: individual novellas up to a point; or omnibus editions.
Individual novellas are only available on Amazon (not on KU), and the first is also available free if you sign up for my newsletter. (The newsletter is also free.)

(To be clear, “Vol. 1-4” refers to novellas 1-4; it isn’t a super-omnibus.)
Two of the novellas are swapped in the omnibus editions, 7 and 8, because 7, 9 and 10 have a lot of thematic, cast and location overlap. 7 and 8 don’t spoil one another in any case.
There’s a timeline graphic here detailing the overlaps (including novellas 1-10). The plot is not that complicated, so you really don’t need to worry about it unless you’re curious.
It is possible to jump around or start wherever if you don’t mind figuring out a few context clues as you go.
